Terms of Sale

By placing an order with InstantKeys you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

InstantKeys is a trading name of TECHZONEX L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E. (Licence No. 2307611.01). We are an authorised reseller of software products from Kaspersky and Bitdefender. We are not the manufacturer or publisher of those products; all product trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Products & how they're delivered

We sell genuine software licences (activation codes). After your payment is confirmed, we deliver the activation code and a short activation guide to the email address provided at checkout, normally within minutes. If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you and resolve it. You are responsible for entering a correct, accessible email address. The licence terms, supported platforms, device counts and durations are those set by the software publisher; please read the product description before ordering.

3. Pricing, currency, taxes & payment

Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience; the displayed local-currency amount is indicative — your order is priced and processed in [SETTLEMENT CURRENCY, e.g. AED]. Where applicable, U.A.E. VAT at the prevailing rate is shown at checkout (see “Tax & VAT” below). We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is a binding offer to purchase, which we accept when we deliver the activation code.

4. Geographic restrictions

Some products cannot be sold in certain jurisdictions. In particular, Kaspersky products are not available to customers in the United States. By ordering, you confirm you are eligible to purchase the product in your country.

5. Licence misuse

Activation codes are for use by the purchasing customer in accordance with the publisher's licence agreement (EULA). Reselling, sharing or attempting to redeem the same code on more devices than the licence permits is prohibited and may void the licence.

6. Faulty or undelivered codes

If a code does not work, is already in use, or never arrives, contact us with your order number and we will re-send it, replace it, or refund you. See the Refund Policy below.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for the performance of the software itself, for any data loss, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under U.A.E. law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the relevant U.A.E. courts .

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

Refund Policy

Activation codes are digital goods delivered immediately and cannot be returned once revealed. For that reason:

• Once a code has been delivered to you, sales are generally final. Please choose the correct product before you buy — if you're unsure, contact us first.
• If a code is faulty, already used, or otherwise invalid, contact us with your order number within [X] days. After verification we will issue a replacement code or, if we can't, a full refund.
• If you paid but never received a code, contact us — we will deliver it or refund you in full.
• Order placed by mistake / not yet delivered: if you contact us before the code has been sent, we can usually cancel and refund.
• Partial refunds may apply where only part of a multi-item order is affected (e.g. one product in the order is faulty).

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within [X] business days, in the currency the order was processed in. We may decline refund requests we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive (for example, a code that has already been activated).

Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to sell you a licence and support you.

What we collect

• Order data: your name, email address, the products you bought, your billing country, and order/transaction references.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor ( [PROCESSOR]). We do not store full card details.
• Support data: messages you send us and our replies.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs, your approximate location/country (used to show prices in your currency and to apply the correct tax treatment), and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use it

• To process your order and deliver your activation code.
• To provide support, including re-sending codes and handling refunds.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations (e.g. VAT records).
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send you service emails about your order. Marketing emails only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service — our payment processor, our email-delivery provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and the software publishers/distributors where required to issue or validate a licence — and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order and tax records for as long as U.A.E. law requires (currently at least 5 years for VAT purposes), and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing to you, by emailing privacy@instantkeys.store. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain records (e.g. tax invoices) even after a deletion request.

Cookies

The store uses minimal cookies / local storage — essential ones to remember your cart and your chosen currency, and [any analytics cookies]. No third-party advertising cookies.

Tax & VAT

InstantKeys is operated by TECHZONEX L.L.C-FZ, registered in the U.A.E.

• U.A.E. customers: sales are subject to U.A.E. VAT at the prevailing standard rate (currently 5%), shown separately at checkout and on your invoice — [VAT registration status / TRN here].
• Customers outside the U.A.E.: generally no U.A.E. VAT is charged (exported services / electronically supplied services) — your own country's tax rules may apply to you.
• Your billing country is recorded on the order so the correct tax treatment is applied and so we can keep accurate records.
• A VAT-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order.
